A lot of racists don't know that they're racists and deny that they are if challenged.

We need to look at what an organization, or a boss, does and not that they say.

I worked at a library for two decades. One department head hired nothing but white people. The other department head hired white people and POC.

The pool of applicants for jobs in both departments were identical.

Both department heads would have denied being racist if you asked them about it.

But if you look at what they actually did when put in a position to hire a Black applicant?

The truth was obvious.
