Actually American Airlines Customer Service is great once you get through to them.

But if takes at least an hour to get through to them.

They'll take your number and give you a call back so you don't actually have to stay on the phone for an hour.

But I still kind of feel that I ought to be able to get through to a human in less than an hour.
