Chicken Soup for the Soul is looking for Thanksgiving-related stories and poems for an upcoming book. (It's their yearly fall/winter holidays collection.) You should consider submitting this. They love clever and funny and this is both. They shy away from anything political so you might have to rework those verses a bit. But I think you'd have a good shot of getting in.
