Don't be so hard on your grandmother!

It's entirely possible that she enjoyed her quiet, contained life.

My life is very much like hers -- especially now that we've got this pandemic -- and, at 67, it really isn't safe for me to venture out and have adventures.

And, by nature, I'm not much of an adventurer. I'd rather stay home and read a book. (Or an essay on Medium!)

Looking at me, you'd think that nothing was going on and that my life was dull.

But I enjoy it very much.
