I get 50+ responses to my Medium posts a day and I try to respond to all of them.

I sometimes miss a few, but that's rare.

If somebody responds to my response, I don't feel obligated to respond to THAT, unless they ask me a question or there's something in their response that I feel compelled to comment on.

This question would make a good topic for a Medium post. You should write it and then submit it to All about M.
