I had a high risk mega problem pregnancy and it was an emotional roller coaster from start to finish. (And now my “baby” is 30 years old!) So I hear you. Hang in there and good luck! (Also — I have a friend who bled throughout her first trimester and eventually gave birth to a healthy baby. So — it happens.)
