I subscribe to get links to your work whenever you publish. This one went up two hours ago but Medium didn't send the link to me until a moment ago.

There's usually some kind of lag time between when a post goes up and when Medium sends the link to that post to subscribers.

But it's usually a matter of minutes, not hours.
