I try to follow any writer who engages with my work, no matter what their primary topic is. Reading about something OTHER than my favorite topics can be a really good learning experience. And often people who write about nothing but for instance bitcoin or real estate will suddenly write a kick ass personal essay. Medium is full of surprises.
