I was once in the Amtrak cafe car and overheard a lawyer discussing the terms of a sensitive case with a client on his phone — and at some point during the conversation he repeated the client’s phone number!

I was so tempted to phone the client and ask him if he was aware of the fact that his lawyer was blabbing the details of his case to everyone on Amtrak.

But I didn’t.

Because I am a wuss.
