I'm a retired attorney and while I'm not crazy about the fact that my earnings have dropped I don't think Medium writers could win a class action lawsuit and I can't see joining one.

That's based upon what I know and admittedly we writers are being kept in the dark about most of what's going on.

But that's not actionable.
