It's in my nature to choose one writing venue and commit to it rather than toggle back and forth between several.

That being said, if Medium stops paying writers more than pennies, I could end up publishing on Substack and then reposting the same story on Medium a few months later.

I now a lot of writers who have done that and are finding it profitable.
