AMEN to this! I have several friends with extensive scarring or birthmarks and I had the good sense to not say a word about it.

What I’ve found is that even if you can’t help but notice a birthmark or scar when you first meet a person? Once you’ve spend time with them, you just don’t notice it anymore.
