Medium deliberately makes it impossible for us to communicate with each other.

It's been that way since I got here in 2019 so it must work for them or they'd have changed it, since writers have been complaining about it for 5+ years and probably longer.

It's probably a control thing.

That's one of the reasons why I put my email address in my profile.

A lot of Medium writers are unaware of private notes and how to use them.

I love this place but it can be challenging.
