It seems only fair to clap for a writer if they have clapped for me. And luckily I enjoy having clap-backing as an organizing principle when it comes to deciding what to read on Medium each day — I’ve discovered a lot of great writers this way who I wouldn’t otherwise have learned about.

But yes, there is a limit to how much time you can spend clapping-back.

I haven’t reached that limit but I’m getting there.
