Some people would find living with their mom at your age intolerable.

But I bet your mom loves it.

I had a friend , an artist, who moved in with his mom after his third wife divorced his ass. And he never moved back out.

He lived with his mom in her large California condo for the final decade of her life. She was thrilled to have his company and he could afford to continue to make art.

And when she died?

He inherited her condo.
