And then, for no reason, I decide to argue. It comes out of nowhere and I find myself in a heated dispute about the optimum percentage of salt in meatballs, the legitimacy of the Rutherford B. Hays presidential election, or whether Hemingway could have bested Jack London in a boxing match.
