Great question!

Thanks for asking.

When I practiced law in Boston and then in Maine, nobody cared whether or not I was wearing pantyhose.

All that mattered was that I knew how to do my job.

Back in the early 70s, when I was a Kelly Girl, I once worked for a company that sent me home because I wasn't wearing panty hose.

How could they even tell? I was wearing sandals! They could SEE MY NAKED TOES.

Oh the horror.
