…f or wake up at 5 a.m. with no alarm. And no, I can’t just fall back asleep — trust me, I’ve tried. It amazes me that people can get eight or even more hours of sleep a night. I’ve never slept that much unless I’m severely ill or after running for 20+ miles in a single day.
