You need to find a better and more caring facility.

I switched from a nearby hospital to one that's 20 miles away for my annual screening MRI.

It's a longer drive but I have no regrets.

The staff is caring and efficient. They get the job done and treat me with courtesy and respect.

I can't say that I look forward to seeing an MRI but it isn't the kind of ordeal you describe.
