Over the years I've listened to him talk about how difficult it is to run a business, hire and hang onto good staff, and keep customers happy enough to keep coming back.

He loves his business and he works very hard and finds it very satisfying.

But every time I talk with him about it, I'm SO GLAD that I don't run a small business.
